Overview:

The lifting mechanism of the general bridge crane adopts the classic parallel axis arrangement, the trolley running mechanism adopts the low-speed shaft centralized driving structure, and the large truck running adopts the structure of independent driving on both sides. The crane can be divided into hook type (QD), grab type (QZ), and electromagnetic type (QC) according to the form of taking; The crane is divided into ground operation, air operation and remote control operation according to the operation mode.


Features

Welding process 


1) The main steel structure (main beam, end beam) is made of Q235-B, and the materials used have material reports and corresponding certificates. 


2) The manufacturing, welding and inspection of steel structure shall be carried out according to national standards. Important force butt weld adopts double-sided groove welding process, and carries out appearance inspection and non-destructive testing according to regulations, all welders hold the corresponding grade certificate. 


3) All crane main beams adopt the whole plate without butt process, cancel the butt weld of the main beam steel plate, and eliminate the hidden danger of butt welding of the steel plate. (Steel plate butt welding is the most important welding, and it is the most hidden danger of quality) 


4) All plates are automatically cut by CNC cutting machine, and the arch of the main beam is preset to avoid the problem of the arch of the traditional fire-baked main beam. 


5) The surface of the steel is shot peening, and the surface roughness reaches the Sa2.5 level in GB8923 "Steel Surface Treatment Registration and Rust removal Grade before painting", which improves the paint adhesion, does not remove the paint, and ensures the long-term beauty of the single-beam crane 


6) The main beam longitudinal waist weld adopts the domestic advanced automatic special machine ambush welding, forming beautiful, to ensure the welding quality. 


7) The truck beam is made of rectangular tube as a whole, no splicing, no weld, beautiful appearance, strong and durable. 


8) All wheel installation adopts boring type installation to avoid wheel tread not in the same horizontal plane and improve wheel operation accuracy.
